Co-Creation Scrum®

In today’s unpredictable market environment, the need for AX (Agile Transformation) and DX (Digital Transformation) is rising, leading more companies to adopt Lean Startup and Scrum. Like professional sports, Scrum has rules that are relatively easy to learn but difficult to master. Co-Creation Scrum® is a service where we form a joint team with our clients and partners to co-create products while adapting to change through Scrum.

Ideal for those who...

Want to conduct a Lean PoC for new business but
don't know how to start

Want to develop new products with Scrum but
don't know the first step

Have a Product Owner certification but
lack opportunities to practice

Outsourced Agile/Scrum before but
faced weak commitment to results

Want to bring development in-house later but
lack partners willing to transfer skills

Want to build a shared-value team and
make co-creation a success

Leading Success through Co-Creation Scrum®

Full Support Plan

A joint Scrum team is formed between the client, our company, and our partners to drive product development together. While the client remains the Product Owner, we handle the operational tasks of the role on their behalf. This plan allows clients to focus on maximizing business value through stakeholder and end-user communication, as well as driving sales and marketing efforts.

Example Team Structure
  • Product Owner: Client
  • Developers: Odd-e and Partners
    • Product Manager
    • UX Designer
    • UI Designer
    • Front-end Engineer
    • Back-end Engineer
    • Test Engineer
    • And other necessary members
  • Scrum Master: Odd-e
Example Product Development Process
  1. Conduct Scrum training (as needed)
  2. Perform Product Discovery (preparation before starting development)
  3. Develop and deliver product increments every sprint (1–2 weeks)
  4. Adapt future sprint plans based on delivery results
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until objectives are achieved

Coaching Plan

While the client takes the lead in building the development structure, we support product development using Scrum as an Agile Coach. We work alongside the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Developers, providing broad knowledge from Scrum theory to hands-on practices. This plan is ideal for those who want to master Scrum while actively developing their own products in-house.

Example Team Structure
  • Product Owner: Client
  • Developers: Client
  • Scrum Master: Client
  • Agile Coach: Odd-e
Example of Agile Coaching Support
  1. Conduct Scrum training for the client's stakeholders
  2. Guide the preparation for Scrum-based product development, focusing on the Scrum Master
  3. Coach the Scrum Master and team on practices for developing and delivering product increments every sprint (1–2 weeks)
  4. Provide ongoing guidance until the client can independently sustain the process mentioned in step 3
