Coaching

Coaching Introduction Video

In today's unpredictable market environment, the framework known as Scrum is gaining significant attention as the need for AX (Agile Transformation) and DX (Digital Transformation) grows. Much like professional sports, the rules of Scrum are relatively easy to learn, but it is said to be difficult to master. In our coaching services, Agile Coaches with diverse backgrounds in AX and DX support your organization's own implementation and utilization of Scrum. Similar to sports coaching, our Agile Coaches closely observe individuals and teams, encouraging growth through direct feedback. As active Scrum practitioners themselves, they often lead by example. Furthermore, if Scrum is not the optimal solution for your specific environment, they may propose alternative approaches.

Ideal for...

You want to introduce Agile or Scrum, but lack internal experience.

You have introduced Scrum in your team, but it is not spreading to other parts of the organization.

The Scrum way of working does not align with your organizational structure or HR systems.

No one is capable of evaluating or mentoring Product Owners or Scrum Masters.

You lack expertise in practices and tools to improve developer agility.

You want an objective evaluation of your activities from an expert's perspective.
