Here are some of the active communities as of July 2022. With the increase in online events via Zoom and other platforms, participation has become more accessible than ever.
This community is active primarily in Tokyo, Osaka, and Fukuoka. They host events using the Open Space Technology (OST) format.
Scrum Masters Night! is a problem-solving event for Scrum Masters, by Scrum Masters, where every participant plays a leading role.
Recently, they have also launched "Scrum Developers Night!" specifically for developers.

Driven by the desire to improve our own software development environments, we are a community in the Kansai region dedicated to sharing knowledge, engaging in discussions, and striving for excellence in Scrum and Agile development together.

Conferences offer valuable opportunities to gain insights through various formats, including keynotes by renowned domestic and international speakers, case studies from Scrum practitioners, and workshops led by Agile coaches.
These events are larger in scale than typical community meetups, fostering more active networking and exchange of ideas among participants.
RSGT (Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo) is one of the largest Scrum-related events in Japan. Held annually around January, it celebrated its 11th anniversary in 2022.
This conference is held in Osaka. The 2022 event was conducted online.
This conference is held in Sapporo. The first event took place in 2020, where our CEO, Kazumasa Ebata, participated as a speaker. You can view his keynote on YouTube.

The third event will be held in November 2022. As of the time of writing (July 2022), it is planned as a hybrid event, held both onsite and online.
Scrum Fest Sendai is held in Sendai, with its inaugural event scheduled for August 2022. As of July 2022, it is planned to be held both onsite and online. Odd-e Japan will participate with a keynote by our CEO, Kazumasa Ebata, and a workshop led by our Agile coaches.
